A fast-paced strategy game, made in Pico-8, about guiding boats away from obstacles in the dark.

Control the light beam of a lighthouse in the dark to find boats, steering them away from rocks and other oncoming boats. Boats appear randomly and all move at the same time. However, a boat must recover after being steered before it can steer again. If you are feeling confident you can summon more boats, but be careful things don't get out of control! Aim for a high-score before the night is up and try to master all 12 levels!

Other modes:

-Hard Mode: Reduces visibility even more!

-Endless Mode: Boats spawn in automatically on a timer and the game only ends once too many red points have been earned. Try to get the best score, destroying pirate ships to prevent being overwhelmed with boats!

Playable with a keyboard, or touchscreen.

Controls:

- Control Light: Arrow Keys

-Lock onto a boat: Hold "X"

-Steer a boat: Press an arrow key while locked on

-Summon a boat: Press "O"

-Exit a level: Hold "Left" and "Right"

(For Pico-8 I recommend using the "x" key for the "X" button, and the "z" key for the "O" button. Controls can be viewed from the Pico-8 pause menu by pressing "Enter")

Very fun and addictive game! Really recommend it to everyone :)

Addictive! Nice evolution from the original concept! Even more thematically aligned!

Thanks! The idea came from trying to make it more on theme so I'm glad that's clear. If you could fill out the feedback form that would be much appreciated :)

Very cool!
